The world famous Lenovo Company has launched an Ipad tablet with the name Yoga which has the ultimate entertainment features. It has a built in projector that turns any wall or ceiling into a picture screen.

2. Do you know that the oldest Yoga Teacher as per Guinness World Records?
The Guinness Book of World Records has acknowledged Bette Calman from Australia as the oldest Yoga teacher in the world. She is 85 years of age. However Gladys Morris from Oldham who is teaching yoga at the age of 90 yrs is also contesting for the title.

3. Do you know that the Yoga for dogs is called “Doga”?
Do you know that there is a kind of yoga that exists for dogs as well. Those who do it with their pet dogs believe that it harmonies and strengthens the bond between the owner and the dog.

4. Do you know that Yoga improves the social functioning of Schizophrenic patients?

7. Onesicritus, the companion of Alexander the Great during his expedition to India has mentioned about “Yogis” in his texts. 
In the 4th century B.C. when Alexander invaded India he brought with his regular historians who documented his victories and hailed his valour in their texts. One such Greek scholar Cynic Onesicritus who served Alexander as his historian has accounted Yogis in his texts in India.

8. Yoga makes mind more flexible than the body
A flexible mind means better absorption of ideas and faster decision making. Yoga works even better on your mind and makes it more resilient so that in case of facing any adversity it bounces back to life much easily. A healthy mind automatically leads you to healthy body.

9. Yoga is the simplest and the best way to anti aging
If you do Yoga on regular basis then you need your worry about aging because then your age is just numbers. Most of the times stress makes you age faster and with yoga stress takes a back seat relaxes you completely. The famous Hindu preacher Swami Vivekananda visited US in 1890’s popularized Yoga through his teachings. He is supposed to be the key factor why Yoga was widely and enthusiastically received by Americans. He used to teach Yoga to Art Institute of Chicago although only discussed about 4 limbs of Yogas i.e. Jnana, Raj, Bhakti and above all about Karma Yoga
