  2. Medhavati 2-2 tablets in the morning and evening.
  3. Consume jalebi made from pure desi ghee with milk.
  4. Make and eat kheer made of makhana and poppy seeds.
  5. Drink a glass of milk by adding one spoon of almond rogan.
