In everyday life, due to our food and the surrounding environment, there is a profound effect on the eyesight. Due to which it has become necessary to wear glasses to children and even adults at a young age, because all the time from morning till evening, due to continuous computer, mobile phone, television and even online classes of children, eyes start getting weak.

Due to which the need to wear glasses is felt in the eyes. There are some natural herbs in Ayurveda which are helpful in removing the weakness of the eyes. There are also some exercises that help in eliminating dark circles under the eyes, which also increases our eyesight. The cases of Myopia and Hyperopia are increasing every day.

According to Dr. Anita Sethi (Director, Ophthalmology, Fortis Hospital, Gurugram), There is no such diet or else the glasses can be removed and the number can be worked out. The need to wear glasses, or also known as refractive error, depends on the size of the eye. (Refractive error) occurs to children from childhood. Therefore it is necessary to take a healthy diet for this and even more important is to protect the eyes from ultra violet rays.
