Doing regular office jobs sitting long hours can be demanding on health as you need to hunch forward, your neck protrudes and your eyes get strained. Try to be a flexible worker and try to walk around as much as possible as sitting at your desk as a mere office worker will cause harm to your body. Keep a reminder on your phone to let you that after a while you need to walk around a bit. Even if you need to work from your desk try to stand for a while and do the chores as this way at least you will get to stretch your legs.
If possible try to have a few important meetings or brain storming sessions on the move to keep fit and keep stress away. Instead of emailing things to your office colleagues or passing information over a phone call try visiting them.
Take staircases and avoid elevators.
Instead of regular teas and coffees try to load up yourself with herbal teas.
Drink plenty of water so that you feel full and are less tempted to eat unnecessary snacks.
