Yoga for Stress / Anxiety : Research studies have shown that stress hormones and other related biochemical compounds in the blood tend to decrease by following yoga discipline. Yogasanas, kriyas, pranayama and meditation are beneficial for maintenance of physical and mental health as well as emotional balance.
