Introduction : Arthritis is usually a very intense pain in one or more joints of the body. Arthritis assumes various forms, the most common being osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis. Inflammation is the main symptom of arthritis, which may be caused by damage or injury in the joints.
Yoga for Arthritis : Several studies found yoga very effective in healing and preventing the arthritis. Repetitive movements of yoga postures warm up the body, and building strength and flexibility. Yogic practices help to open up the joints and increase range of motion and the circulation of blood, energy, and oxygen. The routine practice of yoga will slowly decrease pain, swelling, and inflammation in joints.
