Yoga to heal neck pain

Yoga can lead to injury due to faulty practice. So as soon as you feel some discomfort, instead of pushing yourself hard, focus on healing the area. Today we will focus on dealing with pain in the neck. NECK - Reasons : The neck has large muscles that converge at its back and are attached to the base of the skull.
